You are seeing images processed with PhotoChances, a large collection of photographic filters easily useable.
As each image saved with the program stores the recipe of the effect used, if you install the program you can use the exact same effect in your own images this way:
Save the image here to your disk, run PhotoChances Lab and drag the image file you saved to the left zone of the program's window, under Effect.

I have released a beta of the new version 2.6 of PhotoChances. The Lab mode has a fun "Random recipe" button that gnereates effects on the fly on the current picture. A trim freature (click and drag the mouse on the image). And Undo/Redo buttons. Download the beta here
